Now that you have viewed the videos, looked at the pictures, and listened to the songs, you are ready to start your Digital Story!
Your task is to use your storyboard to help you create a Digital Story using Little Bird Tales. I would like for you to act like you are a Butterfly. You are to start as an egg, turn into a caterpillar, form a Chrysalis, and then become a butterfly. Take us through your adventure of becoming a butterfly. You can make it your own story, but you need to include the following things:
One picture from each stage of the life cycle: you may use the pictures I provided, or visit the links in the resources page to find another.
The correct vocabulary: meaning the proper terms of each stage (egg, caterpillar, chrysalis, butterfly). Your story must flow correctly and have the steps in the correct order of the life cycle.
Two facts about each stage: for example, you could say in your story how as a caterpillar, you ate and ate and ate until you were so full. You then found a leaf to form a chrysalis under. Right there, you have your two facts.
One song: you may use one of the songs I gave you on the Music page somewhere in your story if you'd choose. This in not required because you will be recording your voice as your audio.
You will receive 5 points for completing each step of the Digital Story correctly and 5 points for sharing your story on the Share Your Story page for a total of 25 points. Have fun with this, I am looking forward to viewing each of your stories!
